Good to Know

• Hotel Booking: Your hotel booking link will be included in your registration confirmation email. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Dinner Guests: Additional dinner guests can be added during the later steps of registration.

Cancellation Policy

By registering for Distech Controls CONNECT 26, participants acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:

• On or before August 21, 2026: 90% refund (10% administrative fee applies)
• August 22 – October 2, 2026: 75% refund (25% administrative fee applies)
• After October 2, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Participant substitutions are encouraged in place of cancellations or no-shows. To cancel your registration or request a participant substitution, please contact Precious Cooper.
